I stayed with Maria's family for two weeks and enjoyed it very much, from the start they were very warm and welcoming. They live in a very nice and clean house and cook healthy, tasty meals twice a day. My main goal of this stay was to improve my Spanish and I received a lot of help with this, from explaining grammar to having long conversations in order to improve my speaking skills. Throughout my entire stay they were always very patient and quick to help me should I need it. This was exactly what I was looking for, a real Spanish family which helps you learning the language and the culture. I spent two whole weeks at Audrey and Adam's lovely house in the countryside. They were both very cheerful and considerate, and the outings were really interesting (Dingle for dolphins, Killarney for deer and fawns, Ballybunion for the beach, Bunratty Castle close to Shannon Airport, Newcastle, Listowel, trips to the game room...) The English lessons were very enriching and particularly detailed, with lessons, practice, and Adam is a patient, effective, and often funny teacher. On bad weather days, Audrey and I took care of the dogs together, and we notably played Uno and cooked together. The room was spacious and comfortable. The movie nights were very enjoyable. In short, I had an excellent stay with this family. Thank you again :)

Our son, Jean, had a wonderful stay with Fiachra: full immersion (with lots of interaction and activities!), his Year-10 work placement validated by shadowing Fiachra at work, and a perfect relationship with Fiachra and his family (Jean truly felt like a member of the family!). And as the cherry on top, Fatima is an exceptional cook… Communication with Fiachra was very smooth before the stay, and the same goes for the Linguifamily team. In short, the perfect language stay!

With the goal of improving my English, I chose to spend a week in total immersion in England, with intensive lessons. Hello, I’m packing my bags to return to France after spending two weeks at Maria’s. The stay was very pleasant — the family welcomed me as if I were one of their own. Together with Maria, we went on six outings during which I discovered Malta’s monuments, hidden gems, and tourist sites. Through the lessons, I truly became more familiar with the English language, and daily immersion greatly improved my skills. I stayed for three weeks with Stephen and Helen in Donegal, Ireland. I experienced unforgettable moments with their family, and I learned about the cultural traditions of their region. It was an incredible experience. I also had the opportunity to spend a week volunteering at a Child Care Center, which allowed me to develop new skills (speaking English with 3-year-old children was a real challenge!). I warmly thank the whole family of Stephen for their hospitality, as well as Solène from Linguifamily, who pre-selected a host family that met both my objectives: a stay in Ireland AND volunteering. Linguifamily has developed a very good idea by allowing families to get in touch and organize language stays with each other. One must take the time to discuss and make sure everything 'matches' and organize the stay themselves (dates, travel, documents), but Linguifamily guides and reminds us of what we need to do. It’s different from the standard packages offered by other agencies. I find this enriching system because it strongly involves both families in the preparation. The first immersion stay (without lessons) for our son was perfect, and the Spanish host family was very attentive and fully integrated him into their daily life and vacation activities. He came back with great memories and is ready to go again.
