Welcome to Belen's house!
We are 5, a mother and four children. The boys are of school age, from 15 to 21 years old. I am a Veterinarian and I do home clinic in the area. Jorge is in college, Yara is in middle school, Diana and Hirmia are in high school. We would love to have a student at home, to be able to share language and learn about another culture. We have lived in England and we loved having friends from another country.
Normally I work as a veterinarian, but in a flexible schedule and during the stay of a traveler, I will be working from home. We will have breakfast together and then the children will go to class. If it is vacation time, they can go for a walk, to the pool, or to the sports center. You should bring some money for activities outside the house, such as: Spanish course, visit to Madrid, buses, lunch or dinner in the city, museums, amusement parks, sports center. Other cost-free activities include hiking, swimming pool in summer, visits to the surroundings. We would eat as a family and play some board games, have conversations, etc. Then you can have some rest and have dinner with the family.
Ma fille de 16 ans a été très bien accueillie par Belen et sa famille. Ils ont su la mettre à l'aise et ont fait plein d'activités avec elle. Elle a vraiment vécu la vie de la famille et est même partie quelques jours en vacances avec eux. Merci
