A typical day with us

We like visiting local tourist attractions in our region, plus there are lots of activities available within close proximity, from zip lining, horse riding, surfing, paddle boarding, amusement parks, etc. There are two towns within a 15-minute drive where there's shopping and also an active social life available if required. We have the best beaches in the country, Curracloe Beach; the beaches also have extra activities which we can add in, and can give prices separately if wanted. They have surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. There are also adventure centers not too far from where we live which can be priced separately if required; they offer many activities, and we can forward the details if interested.

My daughter is big into her horse riding, and we have a horse and can get another on request to go through a local forest for a leisurely hack, or for the more experienced, there's a cross-country course. There are walks and activities on several different scenic routes around the county.

We also have evening family barbecues and camping trips to a local campsite, which also has some activities on site, such as kayaking and paintballing. Many more activities are available depending on your interest in the sunny southeast of Ireland.
