Welcome to Roisin, Mario, and Isla's Home,

We would love to welcome you to our home.
We are very experienced at hosting students.
We host all types of students.
Summer students and academics.
We live in the very beautiful Irish countryside.
And have lots of animals.
Dogs, cats and especially horses.
We have some very lovely horses and spend a lot of time with the horses.
We have 1 daughter who is also very friendly and chatty; she was born in 2021, so she is young.
Our students love staying with us as you will feel very much part of the family.
We are the perfect stay for you if you love animals, especially horses.
We ride the horses every day.
(They get a day off each week)
You will do everything with the horses: feeding, cleaning, riding.
And you will come to the shows with us.
We go to shows weekly.
Sometimes more.
You will learn a lot of English but also spend a lot of time with the horses.
We always have dinner together as a family and enjoy cards and board games as well as movies and popcorn 🍿 together.
This is your perfect opportunity to learn English and live with horses.
We also take students for school terms and can enroll in the local schools.
We do not offer the Total Immersion Guarantee, so there may be other students who speak the same language as you during the stay.
We have an additional house. So if you want to come as a family or couple we are happy to offer this. A separate house for you to enjoy please ask about this at booking.
We host lots of students. So please let us know if you require to be the only student of your nationality.
If you are looking for work experience, I am happy to help you find suitable work experience. And I can offer immediate work experience on our horse yard.

We host both academic students and summer students.
Our daughter is young and loves the company of our guests
As a family we love to go sight seeing and do different activities.
We also regularly go to horse shows.
Our typical day during the Summer
We get up in the morning and have breakfast..
Then we do the horses.
If you are interested in riding you can ride almost every day during your stay.
We then have the option of doing some day trips or sight seeing local or maybe you have booked one of our trips.
We always eat dinner together in the evening as a family.
And do the horses again in the evening.

Chloé a passé un très bon séjour chez Roisin, famille très sympa. Elle a apprécié être avec les animaux et s'est très bien entendue avec les autres étudiants. Idéal pour les enfants qui aiment s'occuper des animaux et particulièrement des chevaux. Son mari et sa fille ont été très gentils.
