Our daughter, Soléane, aged 15, just returned from a week-long stay with Béatriz, Javier, Nicolas, and Norah. She is thrilled and delighted with the experience. She left them with a lot of nostalgia. All her expectations and ours were met: discovery of Spain, total immersion in the Spanish culture and language. She met family members and even got to celebrate Nicolas's birthday! As for communication with us, the parents, everything was perfect: we were able to have a video call before the trip, they picked Soléane up at the airport and quickly sent us a photo to reassure us (she traveled alone), and we regularly received some photos from her stay. We 100% recommend it and warmly thank the whole family who adopted our Soléane!! We hope to meet them one day, and Soléane will certainly return to see them. A thousand thanks!!

Eléonore had an excellent stay at Anita's, she really made progress in English. I left her with this warm and welcoming family with complete confidence. A very pleasant setting in the countryside, with lots of animals. Anita speaks slowly and it is easy to understand her. Our youngest daughter, Ane, 13, has spent 2 weeks with Lisa and her family. First experience for us and it was AWESOME! Our son, Jean, had a wonderful stay with Fiachra: full immersion (with lots of interaction and activities!), his Year-10 work placement validated by shadowing Fiachra at work, and a perfect relationship with Fiachra and his family (Jean truly felt like a member of the family!). And as the cherry on top, Fatima is an exceptional cook… Communication with Fiachra was very smooth before the stay, and the same goes for the Linguifamily team. In short, the perfect language stay!

With the goal of improving my English, I chose to spend a week in total immersion in England, with intensive lessons. Hello, I’m packing my bags to return to France after spending two weeks at Maria’s. The stay was very pleasant — the family welcomed me as if I were one of their own. Together with Maria, we went on six outings during which I discovered Malta’s monuments, hidden gems, and tourist sites. Through the lessons, I truly became more familiar with the English language, and daily immersion greatly improved my skills. I stayed for three weeks with Stephen and Helen in Donegal, Ireland. I experienced unforgettable moments with their family, and I learned about the cultural traditions of their region. It was an incredible experience. I also had the opportunity to spend a week volunteering at a Child Care Center, which allowed me to develop new skills (speaking English with 3-year-old children was a real challenge!). I warmly thank the whole family of Stephen for their hospitality, as well as Solène from Linguifamily, who pre-selected a host family that met both my objectives: a stay in Ireland AND volunteering. Linguifamily has developed a very good idea by allowing families to get in touch and organize language stays with each other. One must take the time to discuss and make sure everything 'matches' and organize the stay themselves (dates, travel, documents), but Linguifamily guides and reminds us of what we need to do. It’s different from the standard packages offered by other agencies. I find this enriching system because it strongly involves both families in the preparation. The first immersion stay (without lessons) for our son was perfect, and the Spanish host family was very attentive and fully integrated him into their daily life and vacation activities. He came back with great memories and is ready to go again.
