Donna was very attentive to our concerns and expectations for our 16-year-old son. She quickly reassured us and maintained communication throughout his stay. My daughter Garance spent 2 weeks at Isaias and Susana's in June 2025 for her mandatory internship. She had some apprehensions due to a bad experience last year with another organization. From the moment she arrived, she felt very comfortable. Isaias and Susana are one of those rare families that welcome young people out of vocation. They are driven by a desire to share, to please, and they show immense generosity of heart. I have rarely seen a family so invested and concerned about the well-being of the child they host, as if it were their own. The house is clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The room is super comfortable, with a private bathroom, and all the details are well taken care of. They are eager to let you taste local specialties, and they cook healthily. Garance was lucky to visit very beautiful places thanks to Isaias and Susana, who did not hesitate to make journeys despite the sweltering heat, adapting to Garance's wishes and desires. They also visited all the shops and hotels/restaurants in the village to find an internship for Garance. She was able to do her internship under good conditions. She became attached to them very quickly, and the departure was difficult when it was time to leave them. Bravo to them for their commitment, kindness, and generosity. What luck to have come across them!!!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

My daughter, who has just finished her fourth year, has just returned from a week with Daina, James, and Harriet. She was very apprehensive about this first stay alone abroad and has a reserved and shy nature. She came back enchanted! The family made her feel at ease upon arrival and completely integrated her; Harriet was very affectionate and endearing, while Daina was wonderful, managing to be both a mother, a big sister, and a friend to my daughter. My daughter felt safe and confident, which allowed her to open up, communicate, and discuss all sorts of topics. The activities offered were very interesting, some cultural and others playful, either in pairs or with the whole family, and always in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every evening Daina sent me photos and a little note to recount the day. My daughter was pampered, surrounded, and listened to, in a lovely family, with a positive mindset, a lot of encouragement for her English, and great attention from Daina. We left our 12-year-old daughter with Ann's family. From the beginning, through the messaging chat, we had already talked a lot and we knew it was a perfect family for our daughter, and it really was. In addition to keeping us informed every day about her situation, with photos and messages, Ann took great care of our daughter as she got sick for a few days and they took very good care of her; also, Ann is a wonderful nurse, so she was in the best hands. They did a lot of activities both outside and inside the house. It is a beautiful house and they have a large garden where the kids can play outdoors, and their children are wonderful for bringing joy every day and practicing a lot of conversation. Our daughter had a really great time and left with a lot of sadness because in just two weeks she felt that she already belonged to the family. An absolutely recommended experience for learning English and as a maturity experience for her parents.

I had a very good stay with Jason and Lorna (15 days). The first week, I took classes with Jason. The classes were very well structured and interesting. In the afternoons, I had cultural outings suggested. I often did them with Lorna. I also visited Dublin. The second week, I went to the Lilliput camp where I was able to supervise sports activities. I felt very welcomed. The accommodation is ideal. I was able to share my room with Spanish girls so it was great. Jason and Lorna did their best to make me feel comfortable and to enjoy this stay. They are really super nice.

Sinead is very welcoming and attentive to the needs and concerns of her guests, which she addresses. The house is large and comfortable. The atmosphere with the other foreign students was very pleasant. I was able to participate in a few activities, especially sports, with the family's children. Our son, Jean, had a wonderful stay with Fiachra: full immersion (with lots of interaction and activities!), his Year-10 work placement validated by shadowing Fiachra at work, and a perfect relationship with Fiachra and his family (Jean truly felt like a member of the family!). Hello, I’m packing my bags to return to France after spending two weeks at Maria’s. The stay was very pleasant — the family welcomed me as if I were one of their own. Together with Maria, we went on six outings during which I discovered Malta’s monuments, hidden gems, and tourist sites. I stayed for three weeks with Stephen and Helen in Donegal, Ireland. I experienced unforgettable moments with their family, and I learned about the cultural traditions of their region. It was an incredible experience. I also had the opportunity to spend a week volunteering at a Child Care Center, which allowed me to develop new skills (speaking English with 3-year-old children was a real challenge!). Linguifamily has developed a very good idea by allowing families to get in touch and organize language stays with each other. One must take the time to discuss and make sure everything 'matches' and organize the stay themselves (dates, travel, documents), but Linguifamily guides and reminds us of what we need to do. It’s different from the standard packages offered by other agencies. I find this enriching system because it strongly involves both families in the preparation. The first immersion stay (without lessons) for our son was perfect, and the Spanish host family was very attentive and fully integrated him into their daily life and vacation activities. He came back with great memories and is ready to go again.
