We are an English family that has been living for 16 years in the beautiful sunny region of Vendée.

We have been welcoming children and adults into our home for 14 years and appreciate all the aspects that this experience offers. We have a large house with 5 bedrooms, a classroom, and of course a fantastic swimming pool in the garden. We live in the center of a village in an area that offers many activities for children and adults. These include horseback riding, cycling, go-karting, and cultural visits.

We are an official provider of English courses with France Compétences. We recommend between ten and fifteen hours of English lessons during your stay. The TGV service arriving in Niort is available directly from Paris Montparnasse for your convenience. We welcome the students as the train arrives and place them on the return train, and parents are informed via mobile for safety.

Life with your host family

Every morning, the trainees have an English lesson reserved in advance with Francine, a qualified TEFL teacher with over 20 years of experience. The lessons are always fun and relaxed, tailored to each person's level and age. The goal of the week is to help the trainee build confidence and expand their vocabulary through various activities.

Stay of 1 week

Our son spent 10 days with Francine and James. The stay is very well organized and structured. We do not have feedback on the morning classes, but our son confirmed to us that they were useful. The afternoon activities are great moments of relaxation and sharing. Our son will definitely return.
