Welcome to Catherine and Bryan Family Farm

We are a family of 5 and work on our family farm. We live in the countryside. Horses play a large part of our lives. We absolutely love hosting and have hosted students for 20 years. We love days out exploring the countryside. If you love horse-riding and the countryside, you will love our family.

If we are collecting from airport, we will meet at arrivals on time and drop off. If you wish to take bus or train to any station, we will collect on time and drop off also. We highly recommend bus transfer from Dublin airport to Carlow by JJ KAVANAGH BUS, it is very easy and direct, also it is very cheap option for you. I guarantee to be standing at bus stop and will always keep in direct contact until our student has gone through security at airport.

Life with your host family

I (Catherine) am home all day as I am working from home. Our dogs are walked daily in a beautiful forest that joins our farm. We have sheep, cows, and horses. Horse riding is a regular occurrence. We have 4 beautiful horses that are ridden in our own arena and then on our farm. We can ride horses in the river and in the forest. There are lots of country hacks on ponies.
