We can host up to 4 students at any one time. On average there are 2 students in the house. We strive to always have different nationalities who speak separate languages. We only accept short-term stays for people 18+ and long-term stays for students attending school and from long-term 14+.

We offer language lessons to all short term students. This includes reviewing vocab needed for the day and visit. We also do interactive learning lessons. Such as providing students with shopping lists and letting them do the shopping for the house as a way to build confidence and learn English through practical situation. We focus on building confidence and letting them know its ok to make mistakes as long as we are trying to improve. Our in house english leasons are practical, intractive and fun We offer pick up and drop off from Dublin or Cork airport. Bus routes are better priced and very accessible. €45

Life in our home follows a warm, balanced routine that helps students feel settled, supported, and part of everyday Irish life.

School Term Stays

During the school term, students usually start their day around 8:00 a.m. We all sit down together for breakfast as a family before heading off to school. Classes run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., giving students full immersion in English through their school day.

I had two very good weeks in this family. Paula, Aaron and Sandy are very welcoming. Aaron and Sandy took me hiking, discovering Dublin and many other nice activities. I was able to speak english a lot thanks to their kindness and patience. It was a great experience, thank you so much ! Paul
