We are a united family of four. Our older son, 19, is currently studying and living in Dublin, our younger son, 14, is in 2nd year secondary school, living at home.
I run an art school with renowned Irish artists in a nearby coastal town, and my husband is an art/tech start up founder. We both often work from home.

We live in a lovely, bright, welcoming recently renovated Irish cottage with 4 bedrooms (180 m2) and a small garden in Annestown village, in county Waterford, 2 minutes walk from a beautiful safe swimming and surfing beach.

Life with your host family

On a nice weekend or holiday day, after breakfast we might walk to the local beach for a swim, then make up a packed lunch and take a short drive along the Copper Coast to the Comeragh Mountains for a day hike. On the way back, we might pick up some fresh fish & chips for dinner from the local chipper.

On a rainy day, we will play board games, listen to music or read out loud, bake a cake and enjoy a family movie with a home-made dinner.
