"We are a dynamic, warm, and well-organized family, settled in the countryside in a comfortable house with a garden and a pool. The atmosphere in our home is friendly, rhythmically filled with the activities of the children, daily exchanges, and a good balance between family time and openness to the outside world.
Our household consists of two adults and three girls.
I, Nathalie, the mother, work 70% during the day and am present at home on Wednesdays and Thursday mornings. I love getting involved in my children's lives, accompanying them to their activities, and I also practice country dancing, a passion I enjoy maintaining. I am attentive, organized, and I love welcoming others with simplicity and good humor.
My husband is a site manager in a textile company. He works full-time and enjoys playing boules as a leisure activity. He is a calm dad, available in the evenings, who likes to talk, share, and help others discover our region.
We have three daughters:
My eldest daughter, 19 years old, is studying fashion-related professions and alternating between school and internships.
She will not be present during your child's stay.
My second daughter, 16 years old, is in 1st year ST2S (health and social). She plays basketball in regional competitions, with three training sessions a week and a match every weekend. Very sociable and curious, she enjoys socializing, having friends over, and sharing her good mood.
The youngest daughter, 10 years old, is in CM2. She also plays basketball. She is lively, funny, and loves to play, talk, and participate in household activities.
Our lifestyle is structured yet relaxed.
During the week, we are all back home by 5:30 PM. Evenings are simple: snacks, homework, basketball training, and family dinners between 7:30 PM and 8 PM. Then everyone relaxes according to their choices: TV, reading.
Weekends are often filled with matches, invitations to friends or family, or outings in nature, movies, community events, and basketball matches.
I volunteer for my daughter's school and the basketball club.
We enjoy cultural exchanges and meeting new people, and we want a young person to experience a stay rich in human discoveries, in a warm, respectful family environment. They will be welcomed as a member of the family, with personal space, exchange times, and moments of freedom.
The stay can last between 1 to 5 weeks with us, ensuring a caring, vibrant, and structured environment, ideal for discovering French culture in real immersion, with good humor.
During school vacations, we often go to the sea for a week in October, or to the mountains or countryside in winter. If this coincides with a week when we are away, the young girl will be able to enjoy this moment."
