We are a family with three children, we are dedicated to teaching, and for the past two years, we have welcomed students into our home. We love the relationships that develop with them and with my children, we play board games, soccer, and we live in a large house with a garden and a pool.
We have two double rooms with private bathrooms available. We can accommodate from one student up to a maximum of four. Students under 16 years old will need to have scheduled activities from 9 to 2 on weekdays, which is when the family guardians are working. We can help find these activities close to home. If they are over 16 years old, there will be no problem, but they should know that the family is not home from Monday to Friday in the mornings.
Every two guests in shared rooms have their own bathroom.
We offer the opportunity to practice sports very close to home such as tennis, soccer, and paddle.
Bus stop for the line is 50 meters from the house.
Very quiet area, with a lot of gardens to enjoy your afternoons and free time.
Granada is a university city, with a great student atmosphere, the possibility of multiple activities, Sierra Nevada for skiing is half an hour away and the coast is another half.
I am the director of a children's center, with children from three months to three years old. I would be delighted if they could both stay with my family and do their internship at my children's center. We also live very close to the area of the new technological health park in Granada, with many companies around that provide the opportunity to do multiple internships related to health issues.
Our family loves sports, going for walks in the countryside, and going to the beach. On weekdays, we love to stick to our routine; when we have school and work, we only do that. Right next to our house, we have a small field that is our property, where we spend most of our time. We have a trampoline, a zip line, and our family is very happy in that place, which anyone who comes to our home can enjoy.
Our daily life is very similar for the whole family. The father and mother are teachers, and the children go to the same school as dad, from 9 AM to 2 PM. In the afternoons, we dedicate time to extracurricular activities and being with family.
The person who decides to stay with us will have to be completely independent in the mornings and have their own routine, either going to classes, doing internships, or having free time, but in our home, we are not there from 9 AM to 3 PM.
We are very excited about this program and that our children will get to know and share another culture and other languages.
Our house is quite large; it has two kitchens, two living rooms, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms, as well as a large garden with a pool where we spend most of our days. Nicolás, Mateo, and Ana love soccer, and we have a small soccer field and a ping pong table at home, where they spend most of their free time.
We love order and cleanliness in the house; it is one of the most important things for us. We live very close to the city, with buses and the subway near our home, and you can even walk if you choose to. We also have bikes for anyone who wants to use them for transportation.
Depending on the time of year you visit us, we can offer different possibilities, but you can go to the snow in SIERRA NEVADA, which is 30 km from our house, or to the coast. We have a small house that is 40 km away. Granada is a city with many possibilities if you like nature and many leisure opportunities. Just a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive away, we have one of the largest shopping centers in Spain, Nevada Shopping.
We have the ideal place for you to enjoy your stay and practice your language.
