We are a family of four with two boys and one girl aged 18, 15, and 13. Kids enjoy Krav Maga (self-defense), soccer, swimming, scouting, and coding. They also enjoy playing Nintendo, watching movies on Netflix, and playing cards. We live in a fantastic seaside surfing resort town with a lovely beach, a natural bird-watching area, and some nice walks. During the summer months, the entire family spends weekends exploring local Irish culture and history or kayaking. Our home is non-smoking and pet-free, and we can accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian diets.

Life with your host family

We normally serve a large breakfast to the kids to help them get going in the morning. They may then stroll to the nearest bus stop and catch a bus to school. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away, however, if the weather is particularly terrible, we can also drop them off. We can provide lunch at home or prepare some for the kids to bring to school.
