Welcome to County Limerick. I'm Caroline and I live with my partner Wouter and our 2 cats in the lovely Irish countryside. We live in a 200 year old stone cottage which was a dairy farm in the 19th century and has an amazing garden full of trees and flowers.
I am an experienced certified English teacher who will give 2-3 hours per day English lessons that suit your needs and learning style. Wouter, my partner is a software developer and a passionate DIYer. We both love music and animals and volunteer at the local animal shelter.

I am a certified teacher of English as a second language with 12 years experience in the Netherlands and in Ireland. If you arrive in Dublin airport there is a bus to Limerick city which costs €30 return. It will drop you off in Limerick where we can pick you up by car.

Life with your host family

We start the day with breakfast in our sunny farm kitchen, then I will give 2-3 hours of English lessons depending on your level and needs. My lessons are not from coursebooks but rather based on a theme and using multimedia and activities, and I focus on speaking fluency. Language is all about communication after all.
