Hello and welcome to our page,
We are a family of 4 living in Templemore in the heart of Tipperary.
As the song goes " It's a Long Way To Tipperary"
We welcome all age groups and have activities to suit everyone.
We are experienced hosts and have a very busy, lively family, both our children attend primary school.
Our guests are very much part of our family while they are with us and we treat them as our own.
My children love having the older students to look up to and it's great for everyone involved.
We have hosted many different nationalities for many years and we offer short stays all year round and Academic stay bookings.
We are ideally located for travelling as the train station is 5 minutes walk from our house and can take you to all our cities.
Discover County Tipperary for yourself with our Heritage Castles and Abbeys, immerse yourself in 5000 years of history and culture. There are so many spectacular sights to see with our historic landmarks such as the Rock Of Cashel, Cahir Castle and Holycross Abbey. County Tipperary has something to offer for all ages.
We have private rooms with a shared bathroom. Free WiFi and TV in room.
We take all nationalities and can cater for vegetarian.
I have places available in the Secondary School. They welcome all nationalities and all our previous students loved their experience while attending the school.
I am currently taking bookings for the Academic Year as school enrolment is until end of October 2023 to secure a place.
Our school year is 1st of September to beginning of June.
We have 3 school terms
September to December.
School closes around the 21st December until
6th of January and students return home for the Christmas holidays.
School reopens for its 2nd term January to March.
School closes for 2 weeks and students return home for the Easter holidays.
School then reopens for the 3rd term which runs from April to June.
For Academic year stays i offer a package.
For more information contact me.
I have two single rooms and one double/twin room available. For my younger students i find having other international students around the same age creates a happier environment for them as they're experiencing it together and it creates great fun and an exchanges of cultures around our table.
I can take siblings or friends together if the want to experience it together.
