Hello and welcome to my page. We are an easy going family of 4 and love welcoming our international guest's.
We enjoy hiking, sports, cultural/historic experiences and showing you our beautiful countryside. We live in the historic town of Templemore in the heart of Tipperary. I have a daughter Fiadh who's 8 and my son Noah is 6.
We welcome all age group's and have activities to suit everyone. We are experienced host's and have hosted different nationalities for many year's. We are Police vetted and provide a safe environment for your child. Our guests are very much a part of our family while with us and we treat them as our own. My children love having the older children to look up to and it's great for everyone involved.
We have lots of adventures during the summer months and your child will leave with fond memories of their trip to Tipp.

We can take sibling's and friend's together.
We have the beautiful Town Park behind our house where you can spend hours walking through the woodland walkways or relax beside the lake watching our ducks and swans. Go cycling in our park, play tennis or basketball, hurling & football, or play pitch & putt or learn to play golf. If it's raining we like to watch movies, play cards, or board games. I have lots of tennis rackets, basketballs, and hurleys to use during your stay. There are lots of activities clubs in Templemore to join. If you're into running or hiking, we have lovely trails nearby and an athletic club too.
We have many Equestrian centers in nearby towns that offer horse riding lessons or Pony Camps. Pony Camp runs on selected dates in neighboring towns. You can choose to do a 3 or 5-day camp. I will drop and collect you daily with a packed lunch. I can provide all information if interested.
During the summer, we have lots of different camps like stem camp, fitness camp, multi-activities camp. I can give you all the information and dates if a camp interests you. If a camp is not for you, I offer an *Activity program.* Visit lots of local heritage sites and get guided tours. Go hiking and explore some of our beautiful trails in Tipperary. Visit neighboring towns, play sports, and lots more fun activities. (Price covers travel and entry fees)
For Day Trips, these are special trips where we head off early and explore the beautiful sites in Ireland.
*Kilkenny Medieval City and Castle* Visit the beautiful city of Kilkenny and its spectacular castle. Have a guided tour in the castle and walk along the grounds and woodland walkways. Then you can explore the city and do some shopping.
*Rock of Cashel and Cahir Castle and Swiss Cottage* Visit our counties' beautiful historic Castles in Tipperary. Get guided tours and learn the history of the buildings, wander around the grounds, and explore Cashel and Cahir town and what they have to offer.
*Adventure Park* Castlecomer Discovery Park offers ziplining, treetop walk, climbing wall, octagon ropewalk, boats, archery, trail activities.
*Adventure Park* Emerald Park is Ireland's only theme park and zoo. Get ready for thrilling rides, shows, entertainment, and lots of fun rides.
*Adventure Park* Aqua Splash is an inflatable water park where you can find a thrilling array of obstacle challenges that promise endless fun and excitement and go paddleboarding and kayaking too.
We can plan out everything prior to arrival. Your child will get to experience our Irish culture, have fun, and visit new places all while improving their English. I can provide all the information on activities and it will include travel, entry fees, guided tours, etc.
Je suis resté avec Catherine et s famille ces dernières semaines car je voulais améliorer mon anglais. Elle m'attendait à l'aéroport et s'est très bien occupé de moi. Depuis que je suis ici, nous avons fait des excursions d'une journée pour explorer la belle campagne et j'ai appris aussi à jouer au golf, au tennis et fait du kickboxing.
The house was in a very quiet small town of Templemore. The room in which I lived was very warm. It is a very welcoming and smiling family with two very nice children too. During this stay I was able to discover the different cultures, city and language of this country. We were able to have a pleasant time with the family such as admiring the Halloween parades in the cities of Galway and Limerick. We were able to create a link with the children as in the morning we took them to school, so we did fun activities. We were able to visit different monuments in the cities near Templemore: the castle "Rock of castel", a park "Cahir park", the forest of Templemore where we can walk, the sea in Galway so I was also able to take a 2-hour horse ride in Rusheenmore. I also participated in the Halloween walk in the evening in the forest next to the house with the children. It was full of unforgettable moments and where I enjoyed it.
