We are a family of 4 living in Templemore in the heart of Tipperary. we love the outdoors and enjoy showing you our beautiful countryside.
We welcome all age groups and have activities to suit everyone.
We are experienced hosts and have hosted different nationalities for short stays for many years.
We are Police vetted and provide a safe environment for your child.
We have a very busy, lively family, both our children attend primary school.
Our guests are very much part of our family while they are with us and we treat them as our own.
My children love having the older students to look up to and it's great for everyone involved.
We take siblings and friends together but only English is spoken while with us.
We have 3 bedrooms available with a shared bathroom.

Free WiFi throughout the house so you'll always be in contact.
Every day is different in our house, when we don't have school we have breakfast around 9am and get ready for whatever activity we have planned for the day.
We have the beautiful Townpark behind our house where you can spend hours walking through the woodland walkways or relax beside the lake watching our ducks and swans.
Go cycling in our park, play tennis or basketball, hurling & football or play pitch & putt or learn to play golf. If its raining we like to watch movies, play cards or board games.
There's lot's of activities clubs in Templemore to join and we have something for everyone.
If your into running or hiking we have lovely trails nearby and an athletic club too.
We have many Equestrian centre's in nearby towns that offer horse riding lessons or Pony Camps
There are many Camps running on selected dates throughout the summer.
If a camp is not for you, I offer a weekly activity programme.
Each day we will visit lots of local heritage sites,
Go hiking and explore some of our beautiful trails.
Get a guided tour of Roscrea Castle, gardens and Damer House.
Learn how to Hurl an attend a Hurling Match
Experience a Trad Night.
Explore an Irish bog and try your hand at footing turf and have a picnic
Visit neighbouring towns Thurles and Roscrea and lots more.......
For Day Trips
These are special trips.
Choose where you'd like to visit and we'll pack a picnic and head off for the day.
For example you can visit Kilkenny's Medieval City and get a guided tour of its impressive Castle.
Visit our iconic Rock Of Cashel or go to an Adventure park.
I have lots to choose from...
Pony Camp runs on selected dates throughout the year.
You can choose to do a 3 or 5 day Camp
I will drop and collect you daily with a packed lunch
All activities listed include entry fees, travel costs and guided tours.
We can plan out everything for your stay, where you'd like to visit and what day trips you'd like to do and just explore our isle all while improving your English.
Je suis resté avec Catherine et s famille ces dernières semaines car je voulais améliorer mon anglais. Elle m'attendait à l'aéroport et s'est très bien occupé de moi. Depuis que je suis ici, nous avons fait des excursions d'une journée pour explorer la belle campagne et j'ai appris aussi à jouer au golf, au tennis et fait du kickboxing.
The house was in a very quiet small town of Templemore. The room in which I lived was very warm. It is a very welcoming and smiling family with two very nice children too. During this stay I was able to discover the different cultures, city and language of this country. We were able to have a pleasant time with the family such as admiring the Halloween parades in the cities of Galway and Limerick. We were able to create a link with the children as in the morning we took them to school, so we did fun activities. We were able to visit different monuments in the cities near Templemore: the castle "Rock of castel", a park "Cahir park", the forest of Templemore where we can walk, the sea in Galway so I was also able to take a 2-hour horse ride in Rusheenmore. I also participated in the Halloween walk in the evening in the forest next to the house with the children. It was full of unforgettable moments and where I enjoyed it.
