We are an English family living and working in France. I am a qualified teacher (B.Ed HONS, TEFL) and have hosted many people in our home for 14years. We find totally immersing yourself in the language and culture is the best way to learn another langauge and we pride ourselves on giving a unique and personnalised service for all our clients.
Clients can have the flexibility of using both their CPF allocation on the platform Mon Compte Formation and own funds to pay for the Immersion stay. The amount of hours for lessons and the duration of the stay can also be flexible according to the needs of the client as they will be the only person staying. At the end of every stay the client will achieve a creditated level in English which will be useful for their CV and employment opportunities.
We can guarantee that they will be the only person staying with us to ensure they receive maximum help with their English language needs.
Clients will receive 6 hours of English lessons per day. We only speak English in the home so in total the client will receive 50 hours of English during the week. The lessons are individual, face-to -face and with a qualified native teacher. The clients arrive Monday morning and depart on a Friday afternoon. A typical day consists of:
8.00am Breakfast
9.00 -12.00pm English lessons
12.00 -14.00 Lunch
14.00-17.00 English lessons
17.00-19.00 Free time/study time
19.00-22.00 Dinner
All meals will be taken with the family and on a Friday afternoon the client will take a credited English test of your choice as we are a centre of passation for these English exams I-Cert/TOEIC/Linguaskill. Each stay is personnalised to the individual and we are very adaptable to each person's needs.
