Welcome to Damson Cottage

Hello 👋
My name is Wendy and my husband's name is Neil. We have 4 children Sam aged 33 (left home) Tasha aged 31 (left home) Dillon aged 17 and Charlie aged 15 who are at home. We have a smallholding so have sheep, chickens, dogs, a cat and we also host a home to donkeys and horses at various times of the year. We live in a rural property away from major roads.

I am a qualified higher level teaching assistant and nursery nurse. I also hold a level 3 city and guilds qualification in teaching and training. I am trained to deliver lessons and I am very confident and competent in delivering bespoke lessons that are tailored to you or your child's needs. Paid activities cover the cost of entry, parking, and fuel costs. Thank you I haven't added 'paid activities' because each person's interests are different. I am available every day so therefore can plan around you or your child's interests such as a visit to one of our larger cities such as London or perhaps a trip to Chester zoo... it depends on what you/your child would like to gain from this trip.

We live in a beautiful part of Shropshire, often known as the “Shropshire Lake District,” surrounded by nature, lakes, and plenty of places to explore.
Our family enjoys an active yet relaxed lifestyle. Neil works a shift pattern of four days on and four days off, so he is often at home. Mrs Faulkner was very attentive, she was very kind and she always is doing her best to make you feel at home. Her meals are really good, her place is gorgeous and there is plenty to do around her. I cannot thank her enough. My girl had the best time ever.
