Hi, I am Suzanne, your hostess. I am a qualified Cambridge CELTA English language teacher who has been teaching for many years. I was brought up in Australia, allowing fluency and good pronunciation.

There is also daughter Nicole, 29, who is also a qualified and experienced EFL teacher of English. She has been teaching English for the past 13 years.

Life with your host family

Free Cultural Activities:
Blue Grotto and boat ride,
Hagar Qim Prehistoric temples,
Rabat and Mdina- the Medieval city,
Valletta guided tour.
During the summer we go swimming and snorkeling to the nearby beaches.
In the evenings, we like to play card games or watch films in the English language or go for a walk to St Julian's Bay.
In summer we also like to visit the village feasts and the fireworks display.

My son spent a little week at Suzanne's. He appreciated the quality of the lessons, the follow-up done by Suzanne but also the quality of the welcome (accommodation, homemade cuisine). His only regret is not having stayed longer!

Suzanne and her family welcomed my 16-year-old daughter Alix very well. Available, welcoming, and attentive. Alix really enjoyed her stay and the individual English lessons given by Suzanne or one of her daughters. These lessons helped her progress a lot.
