I live with my partner, Freda, in our house in the countryside, or in our house in the town. The house in the countryside is bigger and is where guests would stay.

I previously lived in France for 14 years and Freda lived in the USA for 4 years. I can speak French, but left there in 2020, so it is a bit rusty.

I am a retired police officer, having been in that role for 30 years. Currently I work one day a week as a local bus driver and Freda works 2 days a week as a nursery nurse.

I enjoy walking, golf, and swimming. Freda enjoys travel. We live about 10km from the coast.
