Welcome! My name is India! I live in the Dallas, Texas area with my family, and together we are excited to open our home to international guests seeking an authentic English immersion experience.
As a host family, we provide a warm, supportive environment where guests can practice English through natural conversation and participation in our daily life. We believe that the best language learning happens through real connections and cultural exchange, and we are committed to making our guests feel like part of the family.
We enjoy baseball, art, and exploring new adventures. We look forward to including our guests in these experiences. Our goal is to create not only a place to learn English, but also a meaningful and memorable cultural experience.

I am a full-time registered nurse, and I work from home. I will be your primary guide and conversation partner throughout your stay. Our days are built around natural opportunities to practice English in a relaxed, family setting.
Morning: We start with breakfast together, where we chat about plans for the day and current events. This is a great time to practice casual conversation and listening.
Daytime: While I balance my work-from-home schedule, you’ll have time for independent study, reading, or exploring English media. I’m available for guided practice, conversations, or errands during breaks. Guests are welcome to join me in daily tasks like cooking, shopping, or running small errands—each one a chance to learn practical, everyday English.
Afternoon/Evening: After work, we often enjoy family activities such as preparing dinner, baseball practice, or relaxing with games, crafts, or movies. Dinner includes plenty of conversation and encouragement to use new vocabulary.
Night: Evenings wind down with relaxed conversation or quiet activities, giving guests a chance to reflect on the day’s learning.
Because I work from home, you’ll always have a supportive and accessible English-speaking environment—whether through structured practice or casual, real-life conversation.
My husband and I have shared days off work so that is the opportunity to go on an adventure with us during our off times!
