Welcome to Vanessa’s place California!
Hi, my name is Vanessa and thanks for taking the time to read my ad. We are a Christian family with 10 years of Homestay experience. We enjoy helping and learning from new cultures. If you're looking for a family-type structure, give us a try. We are looking for someone who is also clean, honest, and trustworthy from whom we can learn. We are here to help assist you in any way that we can. My husband is a Real Estate Investor, I am a stay-at-home mom, and we are offering a nice-sized bedroom, full access to the house, and meals included.
Our home is very clean. We have 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3100 sqft, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes away from the Victor Valley shopping mall and about 5 miles away from Victor Valley College, close to high schools. We are central to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
I usually cater to students looking to go to school while here in the States; however, we can also accommodate those looking for short-term travel.
Our home is centrally located within the city, we have a nice-size community park across the street, a middle school, and a mall and shopping 10 minutes away! Also, we're central to Las Vegas and Los Angeles. There are many travel sites between our city and the two mentioned; Los Angeles hosts many great attractions, and Las Vegas is known for being a huge entertainment capital! We have great public and private schools for foreign children to attend to learn English.
A typical day for us is filled with various activities, starting with breakfast in the morning, then off to our school routines, which usually start at 7 am and end at 4 pm.
After school, our home is once again filled with laughter and social interaction between us and our guests (if we have any), cooking dinner and preparing for the next day! This is usually our Monday to Friday routine; during the weekend, we or our guests have plans to do things together, or they may want to take advantage of an outdoor event or an event that they have planned with friends!
We try to accommodate our guests as well as interact to keep the dialogue strong! This way, if we’re not able to entertain, they can find other outlets.
